Bar Chart 

When data to be represented is huge and cannot be represented in forms of images we use a bar chart.

E.g.

Following bar chart represents no of students in a class and their favourite animals. 20 students like dog, 15 students like bear, 20 students like elephant and 8 animals like lion.

From the above graph, we can deduce that lion is the least liked among the students of the class and elephant and dog are most liked.
