2. Paid Subscription: For advanced or premium features (e.g., specially curated practice questions, sample papers sets and additional study materials), you must purchase a subscription package. Relevant pricing and plan details disclosed at the time of purchase become part of this Agreement.

4. Term & Termination

2. Termination by You: You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing us at support@OlympiadGenius.com. Unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer, fees are non-refundable.
3. Termination by OlympiadGenius: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached this Agreement or acted in a manner that is harmful to other users or our interests. In such cases, you are not entitled to any refund.
4. Certain terms that by their nature extend beyond termination will continue to apply even after your account is canceled or terminated.

• No Content from our site may be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form without explicit written consent from OlympiadGenius.
• Any attempt to modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Content beyond permitted personal use is prohibited.
• Third-party links or external resources provided on the Website do not imply endorsement or liability for their content.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. No Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not guarantee specific test scores, improvements, or any other academic/learning outcome from using the Website or Services.
2. Services Provided “As Is”: All materials and functionalities on the Website are offered on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3. Liability Exclusions: To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither OlympiadGenius nor its affiliates, employees, or agents will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use (or inability to use) the Website, including damages from viruses, malware, or other disruptions.
4. Aggregate Liability Cap: Should any liability be established, the total cumulative liability of OlympiadGenius will not exceed the greater of INR 5,000 or the total subscription fees paid by you during the six (6) months preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

4. Promotional Offers/Free Trials: Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively. Promotional discounts are time-bound, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify them at any time.

Refund Policy

• No Refund for Policy Violations: You acknowledge that no refunds will be issued if you violate our Terms & Conditions regarding the usage of content.
• System Compatibility: You assume responsibility for ensuring that your device (mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop) meets minimum software and system requirements to access our digital content. Refunds will not be granted if your device fails to meet these specifications.
