There are many national festivals of India.
Religious Festivals of India:

Raksha Bandhan: Festival of brother and sister love celebrated by Hindus.

Eid: Eid is celebrated by Muslims. They offer morning namaz in Masjid on this day. They make sweets and share it with their friends and families.
Christmas: Christmas is celebrated by Christians. They decorate Christmas tree and exchange gifts with each other.
Guru Parab: Guru Parab is celebrated by Sikhs. They go to gurudwara to offer prayers and conduct free meal Langars.
